When you apply to join the Caddora Coach network, we ask for your full name, email address, club or academy, coaching qualification, the number of students you coach weekly, and a short message about your coaching background. When you request a beta invite, we ask for your full name, email address, home club, handicap index, iPhone model and how often you play or practise. In both forms, only your full name and email address are required.

We use this information to review your application, verify that you are a qualified coach or an active golfer, understand the type of golf you play, and decide whether the Caddora Coach network or the beta programme is a good fit. We also use your email address to respond with next steps, onboarding information and — for beta testers — your TestFlight invitation.

Submissions are stored in our secure backend database, hosted by Supabase. Access is protected by Row Level Security policies, which means your submission is only readable by authenticated Caddora administrators — it is not publicly accessible or shared with other applicants.

Your submission is visible to Caddora Golf administrators who review coach applications and beta requests. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third-party marketing services. If your application is approved, the information you provided may be used to set up your coach profile or tester account and contact you about the programme.

We keep application and beta request records for as long as needed to process them and manage the coach network and beta programme. If you would like your submission deleted or corrected, you can email us at [email protected] and we will handle your request in a reasonable timeframe.

You are not required to submit anything to use the public Caddora Golf website. If you do apply, you can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by contacting [email protected].
